Villare resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Jon Levine, President and CEO, as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and has initiated a search process to identify and engage a new Chief Financial Officer.
Additionally, the Company announced it will report third quarter 2023 financial results on November 8, 2023 after the markets close. Management will host a conference call on November 9, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. EST to discuss financial results.
