It’s spooky season and that means it’s time to think about how your kids will carry around all their candy loot.
Or maybe you just want some nostalgia for yourself.
Well, candy storage and nostalgia are both attainable goals this year for the price of a Happy Meal. McDonald’s is returning this year with the iconic Boo Buckets that some may remember from their youth in the 80s and 90s.
Here’s how you can get your McDonald’s Boo Buckets starting this Tuesday:
When are McDonald’s Halloween Boo Buckets available?
The Boo Buckets launch on Oct. 17 at McDonald’s for the 2023 Halloween season.
Where can I get a McDonald’s Boo Bucket in Ohio?
Boo Buckets are available at local McDonald’s and locations throughout the country while supplies last or until Oct. 31.
How can I get a Boo Bucket?
Like in previous years, the Boo Buckets will replace the traditional Happy Meal container and all you have to do is order a Happy Meal at a restaurant, or you can use the McDonald’s app.
Happy Meal entrees include Chicken McNuggets, a hamburger or cheeseburger with a side of fries or apple slices and a drink.
How much does a Boo Bucket cost?
The price depends on location but can range from $4 to $7.
What colors are McDonald’s Halloween buckets in 2023?
In 2022, McDonald’s had buckets available in white McBoo, orange McPunk’n and green McGoblin.
For 2023, the company has changed the characters. The green bucket will now be a monster, the orange a skeleton and the white a mummy. A purple vampire-themed bucket was also added to the line-up.
And as an extra treat, on top of every Boo Bucket, there will be a paperboard lid with a fun sticker activity.
