Two winning lottery tickets were sold in Arizona on Wednesday as the Powerball rolling jackpot continues to climb.
The tickets drawn on Wednesday night produced a mid-tier $50,000 winner in Powerball, sold at the Fry’s Fuel Center at 3184 Willow Creek Road in Prescott while the other winner snagged the Fantasy 5 jackpot at $53,000, sold at a Casa Grande QuikTrip, 1627 N. Pinal Avenue.
Powerball’s winning numbers on Wednesday were: 9, 35, 54, 63, 64 and a red Powerball 1. The Power Play multiplier was 2x.
With the Powerball jackpot still up for grabs, it now rolls up to $1.4 billion, the third largest in the game’s history and the fifth largest among U.S. lottery jackpots, according to the Powerball website.
The next drawing was scheduled for Saturday night, where jackpot winners will also have a cash option prize of $643.7 million.
